Shipping policy

All products are custom made and take 2-3 weeks to be created unless otherwise stated. Once made we ship our products with USPS. Products normally take 2-3 days to arrive once shipped. Express Shipping should arrive within 1-2 business days. Each package is sent with a tracking number to your email or phone number. Kween Designs is not responsible for any lost or damaged products once shipped. Thank you.
